Some nice birds seen...<br />
<br />
First stop Peterhead, were there were still plenty of white-winged gulls around. We tallied 2 Glaucs and ten Iceland Gulls. This first-winter was very obliging. We think this bird has been around all winter.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nk2Hf2cWVxE/T3iytbTA8pI/AAAAAAAAA8M/vq2MbyOMTM4/s1600/DSC_5359.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" dea="true" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nk2Hf2cWVxE/T3iytbTA8pI/AAAAAAAAA8M/vq2MbyOMTM4/s320/DSC_5359.JPG" width="212" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">This second-winter Glauc has been around all winter too, now looking very white as it moults into second-summer plumage.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LX4_LDQV5HU/T3iygquHYpI/AAAAAAAAA8E/VvhrHgbp5vk/s1600/Glauc.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" dea="true" height="288" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LX4_LDQV5HU/T3iygquHYpI/AAAAAAAAA8E/VvhrHgbp5vk/s400/Glauc.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
Popped into Strathbeg, were the Greater Yellowlegs was visible from Starnafin. This is probably the best views we have had since finding it several weeks ago. Thease are my first attempts as 'digi-scoping' - holding my camera to the scope eyepiece and taking a picture, hand held. Will be good enough for the rarities committee!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cgNnTfdCuiE/T3iywS-1y8I/AAAAAAAAA8Q/iDpUVH-e9r0/s1600/Greater+legs+1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" dea="true" height="272" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cgNnTfdCuiE/T3iywS-1y8I/AAAAAAAAA8Q/iDpUVH-e9r0/s400/Greater+legs+1.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WYfeCYqyfeU/T3iyxVs0UvI/AAAAAAAAA8c/ZdnLpjRU0m0/s1600/Greater+legs+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" dea="true" height="348" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WYfeCYqyfeU/T3iyxVs0UvI/AAAAAAAAA8c/ZdnLpjRU0m0/s400/Greater+legs+2.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Spent sometime watching Snow Buntings in the carpark at Glenshee on Sunday afternoon.<br />
<br />
In North East Scotland, Snow Bunting is classed as a common passage migrant and winter visitor, breeding in low numbers on the highest mountains. There are two subspecies of Snow Bunting on the Scottish List. Nominate <em>nivalis</em> breeds in arctic North America, Greenland, the Faeroe Islands, Svalbard and Fennoscandia, with some populations wintering in the UK. <em>Insulae</em> (Icelandic Snow Bunting) is partly resident in Iceland, although small numbers winter in the UK. Both <em>insulae</em> and <em>nivalis</em> occur in North East Scotland, with insulae appearing to be the commoner of the two subspecies, both in terms of breeding and wintering numbers. <br />
<br />
In North East Scotland, ringing has shown much interchange between Icelandic <em>insulae</em>, with nine foreign ringed birds recovered in the region, and 16 birds ringed in Aberdeenshire recovered in Iceland. A study of birds breeding in the Cairngorms showed that about 90% of males were <em>insulae</em> (Smith 1996). <br />
<br />
Smith (1996) also showed that the proportion of <em>nivalis</em> wintering in the uplands of North East Scotland varied, with between 0-10% of wintering females but up to 40% being males. Individuals showing features of nivalis during the breeding season comprise of less than 10% of Cairngorm breeders. </span></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CNjySxg4jxk/T0QOyTEclmI/AAAAAAAAA3c/PBC0aJsMlZc/s1600/Snow+Bunt2+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="302" lda="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CNjySxg4jxk/T0QOyTEclmI/AAAAAAAAA3c/PBC0aJsMlZc/s400/Snow+Bunt2+web.JPG" width="400" /></a><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-E6lT1KIHHZA/T0QOljLeavI/AAAAAAAAA3U/wbumOs-PPuY/s1600/Snow+Bunting+1+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="216" lda="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-E6lT1KIHHZA/T0QOljLeavI/AAAAAAAAA3U/wbumOs-PPuY/s400/Snow+Bunting+1+web.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-oLwi5qUbeSo/T0QPObhquSI/AAAAAAAAA3s/FydDdvramB0/s1600/Snow+Bunt+4+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="267" lda="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-oLwi5qUbeSo/T0QPObhquSI/AAAAAAAAA3s/FydDdvramB0/s400/Snow+Bunt+4+web.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1x2aucTYmUU/T0QPdb_PGXI/AAAAAAAAA30/EHrrA2yIp90/s1600/Snow+Bunt+5+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="307" lda="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1x2aucTYmUU/T0QPdb_PGXI/AAAAAAAAA30/EHrrA2yIp90/s400/Snow+Bunt+5+web.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-3U2JLMFjaQk/T0QPvFtJ0xI/AAAAAAAAA38/HeOwlgt2RZI/s1600/Snow+Bunt6+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" lda="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-3U2JLMFjaQk/T0QPvFtJ0xI/AAAAAAAAA38/HeOwlgt2RZI/s400/Snow+Bunt6+web.JPG" width="316" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Rk8iT2kJP3w/T0QP3WDm3fI/AAAAAAAAA4E/PR273tG41KM/s1600/Snow+Bunt7+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="291" lda="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Rk8iT2kJP3w/T0QP3WDm3fI/AAAAAAAAA4E/PR273tG41KM/s400/Snow+Bunt7+web.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ehWK5xEKclw/T0QQDA_1FiI/AAAAAAAAA4M/dvtdTO3Ul9M/s1600/Snow+Bunts+8+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="183" lda="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ehWK5xEKclw/T0QQDA_1FiI/AAAAAAAAA4M/dvtdTO3Ul9M/s400/Snow+Bunts+8+web.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TroldNPOMuE/T0QQM-hJLLI/AAAAAAAAA4U/tEN-QMp8QRI/s1600/Snow+Bunts+9+web.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" lda="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TroldNPOMuE/T0QQM-hJLLI/AAAAAAAAA4U/tEN-QMp8QRI/s400/Snow+Bunts+9+web.JPG" width="337" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

It is only 1/2 mile or so away from the trout fishery, so clearly the shrike had moved to take advantage of the small birds around the feeders. The headcount was 52 which I think is probably the highest to attend this social evening, even more remarkable considering the hazardous driving conditions.<br /><br />The six 'headline' acts were:<br /><br />Jenny Lennon - Red Kites and White-tailed Eagles<br /></div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 357px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600677201079762" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bkQuPzZUlRI/Ty5dlhrMbdI/AAAAAAAAAyY/UwenSml9gRY/s400/Jenny%2BJennon%2Bweb.JPG" /></span><br />Chris Gibbins - Azerbaijan<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 261px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600662085834082" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kTATGs_4iXQ/Ty5dkpXcFWI/AAAAAAAAAyQ/4yvLXXcuVwI/s400/Chris%2BGibbins%2Bweb.JPG" /><br />Hilary McBain - Birding Catalonia<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 312px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600647018000530" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rB403wEjNmQ/Ty5djxO_MJI/AAAAAAAAAyA/gazrk6f9ONE/s400/Hilary%2BMcBain%2Bweb.JPG" /><br />Andrew Whitehouse - Birding Jordan<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 372px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600640715507378" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ctdNBC0_4d8/Ty5djZwWxrI/AAAAAAAAAx0/10An53dw14o/s400/Andrew%2BWhitehouse%2Bweb.JPG" /><br />Phil Bloor - Birds and Offshore Windfarms<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 304px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600631644756850" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gQuk8cP5dFg/Ty5di39uG3I/AAAAAAAAAxo/dyxhWRbHk50/s400/Phil%2BBloor%2Bweb.JPG" /><br />Rab 'skitts' Rae - Identifying Crossbills<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 381px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600128176132610" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VLbrRMLzKLQ/Ty5dFkZckgI/AAAAAAAAAxc/bFMlBbtbmRQ/s400/Curly%2Bbills%2Bweb.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 316px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600122842797106" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-E1cQ81siASc/Ty5dFQh4VDI/AAAAAAAAAxQ/n7x3EZ-Y6Yg/s400/Skitts%2Bweb.JPG" /><br /><br />Thank you to all the above speakers for making the evening so enjoyable<br /><br /><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div></div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 237px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600100989185458" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--w6fCeOLg1k/Ty5dD_HkrbI/AAAAAAAAAxI/y9vIIzsfOdk/s400/Audience3%2Bweb.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 196px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600082180003618" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZY1JgDQb8h0/Ty5dC5DHVyI/AAAAAAAAAw4/EY7cMNVeaz0/s400/Audience2%2Bweb.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 234px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5705600076167397842" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JdTuFMHjLKs/Ty5dCipmQdI/AAAAAAAAAws/ni4NcV1-Tyg/s400/Audience%2B1%2Bweb.JPG" /> </div></div>Paul Baxterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13823369919822027249noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9088240372916215279.post-20320096058927973262012-01-28T20:45:00.008+00:002012-01-29T22:23:07.305+00:00Another gull day in Aberdeenshire<div align="justify">Chris and I managed 25 'white-wingers' today.<br /><br />At least 15 Iceland Gulls and 4 Glaucous Gulls were at Peterhead today, with most birds around the harbour. These 15 were counted during a single spot count so it is almost certainly a considerable underestimate as I'm sure there must have been other Icelands around other parts of Peterhead at that time... . Both the adult and sub-adult Kumlien's were seen today also (it is possible they are included witin the count of 15). Harry joined us for a photo session in the afternoon - which is almost a rare as Kumlien's here :-). At Fraserburgh, the third-winter Kumlien's was still present, with three Iceland and 2 Glaucs there also</div><br />Below. First-winter Kittiwake, Peterhead. When 'Kitts' start appearing in numbers in the harbour, it gives you a little hope for something smaller and rarer with a diamond shaped tail. It's happended several times before, but not this year (yet)<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 296px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5703176264217220050" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-E-3fvdcqeNA/TyXAmHgbU9I/AAAAAAAAAvw/bQ-pUueYFxE/s400/Kitti%2B1.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 302px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5703176256692575698" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kMvQ1k7M_yo/TyXAlreaXdI/AAAAAAAAAvk/Fj1aYTJ6fG0/s400/Kitt%2B2.JPG" /><br />As well as the birds, the Grey Seals are a big attraction for visitors in the harbours. It became something of a local celebrity, with locals feeding it moose sausages and seal meat. My experiences with this bird were special - one of these once in a lifetime moments. Great to look back on and rememeber - I hope you enjoy these images as much as I do... We both agreed that it was probably the best gulling day we've ever had in Aberdeenshire. We reached a day total of 21 'white-wingers', including two new Kumlien's Gulls (an adult and second-winter). The majority of the birds were around the harbour at Peterhead. Highlight of the day was the bursting of a pressurised pipe that was transporting fish from the boat - and the feeding frenzy that followed - when these images were taken.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 265px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700565908008203602" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wC5rfc-jNXY/Txx6fY2H9VI/AAAAAAAAAi4/hV3NdSmK2co/s400/gulls%2B3%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /></span><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 282px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700565897214076834" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-I5ylFoHjnMQ/Txx6ewomp6I/AAAAAAAAAis/JfoRbxgl7Yk/s400/gulls%2B2%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 265px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700565893843079618" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-KwnHwCatGwM/Txx6ekE5UcI/AAAAAAAAAig/PZkbl3uHpOk/s400/Gulls%2B1%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /></div>Paul Baxterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13823369919822027249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9088240372916215279.post-7968347574395555802012-01-22T20:45:00.003+00:002012-01-22T20:52:02.054+00:00First-winter Iceland Gull, Peterhead, 21st January 2012<div align="justify"><span style="font-family:lucida grande;">Only two first-winter birds were present today. Upon arriving, I was delighted to be shown the bird by Richard from the fishery, as it sat on the overhead wires that cross the reedbed. As thought, it was a Great Grey. Apparently, it has been here since mid-December. It may be the bird that Kate saw in the garden in November, but all she was sure on was that the garden bird was a 'shrike sp'. Anyway, a great bird to have so close to home, and I hope to see it regularly over the next few months, before it departs for it's summer home. A few images from this morning below, but the light wasn't in my favour. Lots of Common Crossbill activity too, in the woods suurounding the fishery. Apparently I missed an otter by 10 minutes. The trout farm has a great web-site, with video of some of the wildife that visits the site at <span style="color:#000099;">www.raemoirtroutfishery.co.uk</span></span><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wP6wXmgdXoo/TxxTQdNzpnI/AAAAAAAAAfs/MTA1DK_m9dM/s1600/shrike%2B2%2B-%2Bweb.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 281px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700522770529756786" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wP6wXmgdXoo/TxxTQdNzpnI/AAAAAAAAAfs/MTA1DK_m9dM/s400/shrike%2B2%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /></a><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bMkCIHQXNYE/TxxTQoZ1wNI/AAAAAAAAAf4/bPuTkjbAJ3k/s1600/shrike%2B3%2B-%2Bweb.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 224px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700522773533016274" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bMkCIHQXNYE/TxxTQoZ1wNI/AAAAAAAAAf4/bPuTkjbAJ3k/s400/shrike%2B3%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-daZSLj7CHuw/TxxSoPa4idI/AAAAAAAAAfU/S_nuqmSExA4/s1600/shrike%2B1%2B-%2Bweb.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 397px; HEIGHT: 266px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5700522079631739346" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-daZSLj7CHuw/TxxSoPa4idI/AAAAAAAAAfU/S_nuqmSExA4/s400/shrike%2B1%2B-%2Bweb.JPG" /></a></div>Paul Baxterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13823369919822027249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9088240372916215279.post-88158861838673044522012-01-17T22:20:00.014+00:002012-01-28T00:41:38.846+00:0014th January - 'white-winged' gull fest<div align="justify"><span style="font-family:lucida grande;">On Saturday 14th January, enjoyed visiting some of the region's finest gull watching sites - Fraserburgh and Peterhead - with Chris. Lots of activity around the fish processing plants attracted lots of gulls, resulting in a day total of 15 different 'white-wingers'. These are some of the birds seen during the day. Remarkably, the huge influx of Iceland Gulls into the Northern Isles (over 150 birds on Shetland over the weekend) consists mainly of second-winter birds (and older) with very few first-winters recorded. This is being mirrored in North East Scotland.<br /></div></span><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-z8LUnJ1vJgU/TxX32O4ecpI/AAAAAAAAAdo/4-Pez4y3Yxo/s1600/DSC_3184%2Bweb.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 363px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5698733414587200146" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-z8LUnJ1vJgU/TxX32O4ecpI/AAAAAAAAAdo/4-Pez4y3Yxo/s400/DSC_3184%2Bweb.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div>Second-winter Iceland Gull, Fraserburgh (adult Herring Gull behind)<br /></div><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m9lc1EoNuNs/TxX4ErgT2lI/AAAAAAAAAd0/gzGTMVxCUCg/s1600/DSC_3270%2Benhanced.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 400px; HEIGHT: 344px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5698733662788639314" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m9lc1EoNuNs/TxX4ErgT2lI/AAAAAAAAAd0/gzGTMVxCUCg/s400/DSC_3270%2Benhanced.JPG" /></a><br /></div><br /><div>Two x Second-winter Iceland Gulls at Fraserburgh</div><br /><br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xw9GA7fCvc0/TxX5yatPJ2I/AAAAAAAAAeA/BakQB8fzLn0/s1600/DSC_3331%2Bweb.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 400px; HEIGHT: 324px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5698735548065064802" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xw9GA7fCvc0/TxX5yatPJ2I/AAAAAAAAAeA/BakQB8fzLn0/s400/DSC_3331%2Bweb.JPG" /></a><br />Second-winter Iceland Gull, Peterhead - a very confiding bird<br /><br />This beautiful adult Iceland Gull was at Peterhead, giving wondeful views and photo opportunities.
